Privacy Law Litigation,” discussing the California attorney general’s final draft of proposed regulations pertaining to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), which took effect at the beginning of the year. The authors do not expect a slowdown in the pace of consumer class actions alleging some form of a CCPA violation.
